AZ Mazda Warranty
In the unlikely event that a repair is needed within the first years of ownership, every new Earnhardt Mazda comes with a limited warranty that provides coverage. You can enjoy the drive, because Mazda provides Roadside Assistance along with Warranty Coverage. Keeping up with recommended factory maintenance means that you are unlikely to use the Mazda Warranty, but it’s nice to know that Mazda and Earnhardt Mazda in Scottsdale stands behind their product.

Bumper-to-Bumper Limited Warranty
With normal use and prescribed maintenance, Mazda Cars, Minivans, and SUVs will be free of defects for 36 months or 36,000 miles. Certain items are excluded, like ordinary maintenance items, adjustments, and parts subject to normal wear. The “Limited Warranty” is transferable and is included on all new Mazda vehicles sold and serviced at Earnhardt Mazda near Phoenix, AZ.
Powertrain Limited Warranty
Mazda warrants that for 60 months or 60,000 miles (whichever comes first) Powertrain Components of new Arizona Mazda Cars, Minivans, & SUVs will be free of defects with normal use and prescribed maintenance. Parts subject to normal wear, adjustments, ordinary maintenance items, and certain other items are excluded. This “Limited Warranty” is transferable on all new Mazda vehicles sold and serviced at Earnhardt Mazda during the warranty period.
RX-8 Rotary Engine Core Limited Warranty Extension
Rotary Engine Core Components on all Phoenix RX-8 vehicles after 2004 have extended warranty coverage. It has been extended to 8 years (96 months) from original warranty start date, with 100,000 mileage limitation. Internal Seals & Gaskets, and Rotary Housing & Internal Parts are covered by this warranty.
24/7 Roadside Assistance
Towing service will be covered to the nearest Mazda Dealer if the Mazda vehicle is not driveable due to a warranted part failure during the coverage period of the New Vehicle Limited Warranty (36 months/36,000 miles). In addition, if a Mazda vehicle is not driveable due to the failure of a warranted powertrain component, then towing service will be covered during the coverage period of the Powertrain Limited Warranty (60 months/60,000 miles).
Genuine Mazda Parts Warranty
Replacement Parts and Accessories Warranty covers Mazda’s genuine new or remanufactured parts (other than battery) and accessories purchased from or installed by Earnhardt Mazda. This includes Mazda-Accessories installed by a Mazda dealer prior to the retail delivery of a new Scottsdale Mazda vehicle. Earnhardt Mazda will repair or replace any properly installed Mazda part or accessory found to be defective in material or workmanship during the Replacement Parts and Accessories Warranty or the remainder of the warranty coverage applied by Mazda to the component.
Earnhardt Mazda Installed Replacement Part or Accessory under the New Vehicle Limited Warranty:
1996 and newer vehicles. 12 months/12,000 miles, whichever comes first from the date the part was installed on the vehicle. Labor for removal or replacement will also be covered. Customer must provide a copy of the Mazda Dealer repair order showing installation of the part at Earnhardt Mazda or another authorized Mazda dealer.
Mazda Brake Warranty
All Genuine Mazda and Value Products by Mazda Brake Pads and Shoes come with a Limited Warranty. All Value Products by Mazda or Mazda Genuine Parts, Brake Pads, and Shoes are under warranty as long as the original purchaser of the replacement brake pads or shoes owns the vehicle on which they were originally installed. If installation was done by Earnhardt Mazda, or another authorized Mazda dealer in Phoenix AZ, the warranty is always valid. Brake Pads and Shoes may be exchanged for new warranty-equivalent Mazda Genuine Parts or Value Products by Mazda brake pads or shoes if they become damaged, defective or worn out during the warranty period. Earnhardt Mazda in Scottsdale will provide you with a service repair order upon purchase, which is considered “proof of purchase” under the terms of the warranty. The Service Repair Order must be presented when requesting a warranty replacement, and the original components must be returned and exchanged for new replacement brake pads or shoes. Mazda High-Performance Replacement Battery 30/60 month Warranty
If Earnhardt Mazda installed, Free replacement and labor is covered 1-36 months. Customer is responsible for 70% of the MSRP of battery and labor from 37-48 months. Customer is responsible for 80% of the MSRP of the battery and labor from 49-60 months. Damage or failure due to accidents, misuse, theft, fire, freezing and improper discharging is not covered by the warranty. Use in applications for which the battery is not designed, improper installation or battery recharging is not covered by the battery’s warranty.
If installed by Earnhardt Mazda prior to or at initial vehicle retail delivery, Genuine Mazda Accessories carry the same new-vehicle limited warranty as the vehicle.
